Alternatively, if you have insurance that we are out-of-network with, we’re happy to provide you with the receipts and documentation you might need to self-submit for reimbursement from your insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee a reimbursement. Please consult with your insurance provider for more questions about seeing an out-of-network physician if you are interested in doing so.
